The Role

Provide Property Management services to achieve company sales and earnings targets by:

  • Building and maintaining client relationships to understand their current & future needs;
  • Identifying and cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients’ investments;
  • Carrying out routine, ingoing and outgoing property inspections;
  • Debtor management;
  • Preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants.
  • Management of your own rental portfolio

Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, this role will liaise with people from across the business and will play an active role in representing Elders in campaigns, field days, community events and forums.

The Person

  • Previous experience as a Property Manager would be an advantage;
  • Understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation would be an advantage;
  • Current driver’s licence and a property management licence;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with excellent time management skills
