The Role

This role will provide superior sales and administrative assistance to our dynamic real estate team including;

  • end to end administrative support;
  • assistance in the preparation of online, print and digital marketing;
  • management of client accounts and settlements;
  • co-ordinate client inquiries, marketing strategies, trust accounting.

This role will work as part of a team and is the first point of contact for office management.

The Person

We’re looking for someone who has

  • sound knowledge of, and an interest in, the real estate industry;
  • a strong work ethic;
  • an understanding of book-keeping and accounting practices;
  • an understanding of the real estate legislation and trust accounting requirements;
  • advanced skills in Microsoft office;
  • high-quality communication and customer service skills.
