The Role

As an Elders Branch Manager, you will be managing all aspects of branch operations and leading your team to achieve growth and exceed targets. With the backing of the Elders network, you will grow relationships with clients and understand their personalised needs.

What Will I Do?

You will use your expertise in farming industry products to manage merchandise operations by bringing the team along to grow market share and deliver exceptional service. Including:

  • inspiring and motivating your team to maximise their full potential
  • building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, to recommend products that will strengthen the growth of their own businesses
  • managing safety and compliance requirements
  • developing sales opportunities
  • taking an active role in debt collection
  • guiding employees with technical and product advice
  • driving the marketing and promotion of Branch products
  • assisting in the generation of referrals and cross-selling opportunities

The Person

  • Extensive sales experience in a rural farm supplies business;
  • Experience in managing a team preferred;
  • Commitment to high-quality customer service;
  • Extensive knowledge of agriculture products, the region and our competitors;
  • Sounds computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
