Your new role

Reporting to the Branch Manager and leading a passionate sales team, you will be driven by success.  Using your expertise in farming industry products you will manage all merchandise operations by bringing the team along to grow market share and deliver exceptional service.

Liaising with people from across the business and playing an active role in representing Elders in campaigns, field days, community events and forums, your strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to achieve results will ensure your success as will your focus on safety for yourself and your team. 

Your experience

  • Extensive sales experience and a successful sales record in a rural farm supplies business;
  • Experience in managing a sales team;
  • Commitment to high-quality customer service;
  • Extensive knowledge of agriculture products, the region and our competitors;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Qualification in an agricultural or related business discipline (desired).
