Assistant Property Manager

Location: Ceduna, SA

The Role

A full time role to assist in providing property management services. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Receipt & disburse trust account including rent, supplier payments and bonds
  • Plan & carry out routine property inspections
  • Assist with arrears management
  • Preparation of documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
  • Liaise with property maintenance providers to schedule repairs
  • Support tenant application process
  • Input and update tenant/landlord and creditor data into software
  • Handle client queries

The Person

  • Industry experience an advantage
  • Property management registration preferred (training available, if required, for the successful applicant)
  • Current driver’s license
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
